What is The Roebuck Wine Club?

The Roebuck Wine Club is our annual wine club. Members receive two cases of our Sparkling Trio during the course of their membership along with a whole host of discounts and benefits.

How much does it cost to join The Roebuck Wine Club?

The annual subscription cost to join The Roebuck Wine Club is £300, which is taken as a one-off payment and is automatically renewed on a rolling basis every 12 months on the annual subscription date i.e. the anniversary of when your membership began. We will notify you one month before the payment is taken.

Is there an additional joining fee?

No, you do not need to pay an additional joining fee to become a member of The Roebuck Wine Club.

Which wines will I receive as part of my annual membership?

As a member of The Roebuck Wine Club, you will receive two cases of our Sparkling Trio, which includes one bottle each of our Classic Cuvée, Rosé de Noirs and Blanc de Noirs.

What are the benefits of being a member?

Who can join The Roebuck Wine Club?

Our wine club membership is only available to residents living in Mainland UK (meaning England, Wales and Scotland but excluding Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands).

Members must be aged 18 and over.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to Mainland UK (meaning England, Wales and Scotland but excluding Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands).

Do I pay for delivery?

No, our wine club members enjoy complimentary delivery on every wine order all year round, no matter the size.

Do you deliver overseas?

Unfortunately, due to shipping restrictions, we are only able to deliver to Mainland UK (meaning England, Wales and Scotland but excluding Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands).

When will I receive my wines?

Your wines will be delivered according to the two dates you selected when you purchased your membership through our website.  If your chosen dates fall on a weekend, we will deliver your wines the week before.

Can I change my delivery dates?

Of course – simply get in touch with us at [email protected] to change your delivery information.

Do I need to be at home to receive my delivery?

We cannot deliver our wines without a signature and the recipient must be aged 18 years and over. However, if you are out when our courier company attempts to deliver to you, they will leave a delivery card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a time that is more convenient for you.

What should I do if I have not received my delivery?

If there are any problems or issues with your delivery, please get in touch with us at [email protected] and we will do all we can to rectify the situation.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged immediately after you have purchased or renewed your membership with a one-off annual payment of £300. You will receive an email from us confirming this.

Can I cancel my order?

Whilst we’ll be sorry to see you leave, you are of course free to cancel whenever you wish and only pay for wine delivered to date. This can be done by sending an email to [email protected]. Members have the right to change their mind and cancel their subscription within 14 days of signing up. After this period, the cancellation of an annual membership will incur a £30 administration fee.

How do I receive my membership discount?

To receive your membership discount and enjoy complimentary delivery, simply use your unique membership number as a coupon code at the checkout on our website.

What happens if I lose my membership number?

Do not worry. Simply get in touch and we can let you know your membership number.

Can I create an account to manage my subscription?

After signing up for our wine club membership, we will create an account for you, so you can view your previous wine orders and your membership details in one secure place on our website.

How do I book on a virtual wine tasting?

Sending a wine club membership as a gift?

Of course – our wine club membership makes a great gift. If you are sending a wine club membership as a gift, we will contact you before we get in touch with the recipient of the gift.

How often will I receive emails from you?

From time to time we will send you an email to offer you the opportunity to purchase new releases, enjoy special offers and to invite you to member-only events.

Are your sparkling wines vegetarian and vegan friendly?

We are very proud to produce sparkling wines that are suitable for both vegetarians and vegans.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Every element of our packaging has been carefully crafted and designed with our sustainability values in mind. Our wine bottles and boxes are recyclable.
