This summer, we’re bringing the Roebuck experience beyond the vineyard, creating a destination where you can enjoy our wines in one of the city’s most iconic settings. Open throughout July and August, it’s the perfect place to pause for a glass of English sparkling wine, whether you’re exploring the Lanes, meeting friends, or simply making the most of a sunny afternoon overlooking the Royal Pavilion.
Enjoy our full Classic Collection by the glass, bottle or selected magnums, or discover your favourite through one of our carefully curated sparkling wine flights.
Our team will be on hand to guide you through and help you find the perfect wine, whether you’re discovering English sparkling wine for the first time or returning to a familiar favourite.
Just moments from Brighton’s famous Lanes, our bar offers indoor seating within The Royal Pavilion Rooms, alongside an outdoor terrace with views of the Royal Pavilion. Throughout the summer, we’ll also be hosting a series of special events celebrating Brighton & Hove’s vibrant food and drink scene, while bottles from our collection will be available to purchase so you can take a taste of Roebuck home with you.
