INTRODUCING OUR "BEST IN SHOW" TROPHY WINNING CLASSIC CUVÉE 2014
Our Roebuck Estates Classic Cuvée 2014, is a harmonious blend of the finest fruit, fermented in French oak for richness and complexity and aged for a minimum of 36 months. Baked apple, buttered toast and layered citrus fruits combine with finely textured bubbles to create this lovely award-winning English sparkling wine.
“This is a very classy glass of English fizz, all cream and pear spiked with citrus. You should open it as an apéritif, but its complexity makes it a killer with food.” Hamish Anderson, The Telegraph Magazine
