Introducing our trophy winning Roebuck Estates Classic Cuvée 2014
The Roebuck Estates Classic Cuvée is a harmonious blend of the finest fruit, fermented in French oak for richness and complexity and aged for a minimum of 36 months. Baked apple, buttered toast and layered citrus fruits combine with finely textured bubbles to create this lovely English sparkling wine.
“Only the second wine from this estate near Petworth, Sussex, it managed to win a gold medal in this year’s Wine GB awards. Made by the talented Emma Rice of Hattingley in Hampshire. Subtly oak aged and particularly vivid.” Jancis Robinson, Financial Times Weekend Magazine.
The vineyards that make up Roebuck Estates are situated in the South of England, across the beautiful County of Sussex. With a variety of soil types and plantings including a mixture of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir grape varieties, we are blessed with the vital ingredients to make superb sparkling wine.Learn more
