Introducing our trophy winning Roebuck Estates Classic Cuvée 2014
The Roebuck Estates Classic Cuvée is a harmonious blend of the finest fruit, fermented in French oak for richness and complexity and aged for a minimum of 36 months. Baked apple, buttered toast and layered citrus fruits combine with finely textured bubbles to create this lovely English sparkling wine.
“A new one to me and by God, it’s good. The nose is like marmalade with bitter Seville orange notes, lots of ripe fruit on the palate too with a full nutty finish.” Henry Jeffreys, bbcgoodfood.com.
The vineyards that make up Roebuck Estates are situated in the South of England, across the beautiful County of Sussex. With a variety of soil types and plantings including a mixture of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir grape varieties, we are blessed with the vital ingredients to make superb sparkling wine.Learn more
