CLASSIC CUVÉE 2017
Only the very best fruit grown at our Sussex vineyards is carefully selected for our Classic Cuvée. Crafted from a harmonious blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, this wine displays wonderful notes of baked apples and stone fruits layered with a biscuity richness.
Classic Cuvée 2018
Our award-winning Classic Cuvée 2018 displays alluring notes of baked apples and citrus fruits layered with a toasty richness and a hint of brioche leading to a long, beautifully balanced finish. Aged to perfection, this pale-golden sparkling wine delivers a luxurious taste profile that's both refreshing and refined, pairing wonderfully with seafood dishes. Our signature Classic Cuvée is a blend of hand-harvested Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier grapes.
ROSÉ DE NOIRS 2017
Crafted from handpicked Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes grown at our beautiful Sussex vineyards, our 2017 Rosé de Noirs is vibrant and expressive with delightful notes of ripe strawberries, pink grapefruit and white peach, lifted by a hint of dried rose petals.
Rosé de Noirs 2018
Our Rosé de Noirs 2018 is an expressive sparkling rosé from one of the finest vintages in England to date. Delicious notes of red cherries, strawberries and cranberries are layered with a biscuity richness and a hint of toasted almonds, leading to a long, wonderfully elegant finish. Crafted from the finest handpicked Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes grown at our beautiful Sussex vineyards, the fruit destined for our 2018 Rosé de Noirs was partially fermented in Burgundian oak barrels and bottle aged for a minimum of 53 months.
BLANC DE NOIRS 2015
Crafted exclusively from handpicked Pinot Noir grapes grown at our Roman Villa vineyard, our 2015 Blanc de Noirs is a rich, yet beautifully balanced wine with notes of baked apples and ripe stone fruits, layered with a touch of brioche and roasted walnuts.
BLANC DE NOIRS 2018
Only made in exceptional years, our 2018 Blanc de Noirs is complex and refined with delicate bubbles, a silky texture, and a long, exquisite finish. Delightful notes of citrus fruits and baked apples are layered with generous notes of toasted brioche, honey and sweet spice.
