Our Rosé de Noirs 2020 is an elegant sparkling rosé from a beautifully balanced vintage. Delightful notes of wild strawberries, ripe red berries and a hint of toasted walnuts are complemented by biscuity richness and vibrant acidity, leading to a long, beautifully poised finish.

Whole bunch pressed and fermented in a
mix of stainless steel and Burgundian oak.

FROM VINEYARD TO VINTAGE
The 2020 growing season was incredibly warm and sunny, resulting in an ideal flowering and fruit set, and earlier than usual harvest. By September, the fruit was beautifully ripe with perfect acids, and we could be incredibly exact on picking dates.
Our 2020 Rosé de Noirs was grown and harvested at our Roebuck, Little Brockhurst, and Roman Villa vineyards in West Sussex.
