Are your sparkling wines vegetarian and vegan friendly?
We are very proud to produce vintage sparkling wines that are suitable for both vegetarians and vegans.
How should I store my wine?
Our vintage sparkling wine are only released once they’ve reached optimum drinking potential. However, our sparkling have the potential to develop further aromas and complexity over time; if stored in the right conditions.
Here is our advice for storing Roebuck sparkling wines at home.
To ensure that your Roebuck sparkling wines maintain their impeccable quality, store them in a dark place away from light and it is best to lie the bottles on their side.
The ideal temperature for storing sparkling wines is approximately 50°F (10°C) and consistency is important as fluctuations in temperature will affect the taste profile.
How should I serve my wine?

Is your packaging recyclable?
Every element of our packaging has been carefully crafted and designed with our sustainability values in mind. We use Absolute Greenline neck foils, which are produced from plant-based polyethene derived from sugar cane and printed using water-based ink. Our wine boxes are fully recyclable, and we are wholly committed to working with suppliers who also share our environmental ethos

Can I change my delivery date?
Of course, simply get in touch with us at hello@roebuckestates.co.uk or call us on 01798 263123 to change your delivery information.
Do I need to be at home to receive my delivery?
We cannot deliver our wines without a signature and the recipient must be aged 18 years and over. However, if you are out when our courier company attempts to deliver to you, they will leave a delivery card and send you an email, so you can reschedule your delivery for a time that is more convenient for you.
What should I do if I have not received my delivery?
If there are any problems or issues with your delivery, please get in touch with us at hello@roebuckestates.co.uk or call us on 01798 263123 and we will do all we can to rectify the situation.

CLICK AND COLLECT
Is it possible to try your wines when I collect my order?
Yes absolutely! Ask a member of our office team when you collect your order.
If I don’t have time to place an order via your website, can I visit the vineyard to purchase wine?
Yes, you can pop in and purchase wine directly from us at Roebuck. Our vineyard office is open on weekdays. Alternatively, we can let you know of your nearest wine retailer that stocks our wines.
Can I visit the vineyard on a weekend to purchase wine?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a Click and Collect service on a weekend or Bank Holidays, but you are more than welcome to purchase our wine online via our Roebuck Website, and your order will be dispatched first thing Monday morning.
