Our Roebuck Rosé 2019 showcases vibrant notes of raspberries and apricot, layered with subtle hints of toasted hazelnuts leading to a long, beautifully balanced finish. Our Roebuck Reserve 2019 was recently awarded an outstanding 96 points at The International Wine Challenge, earning both a Gold Medal and prestigious English Sparkling Rosé Trophy in 2025, an exceptional recognition of its quality and craftsmanship.

Whole bunch pressed and fermented in a
mix of stainless steel and Burgundian oak.

FROM VINEYARD TO VINTAGE
The 2019 growing season started well with budburst taking place in early April, thankfully avoiding the spring frosts. Moderately warm weather at the end of June resulted in a successful flowering and even fruit set throughout. Good weather in August encouraged consistent fruit development and cooler temperatures in September and October produced an abundance of wonderfully complex fruit balanced by beautiful acids.
Our 2019 Rosé Reserve was grown and harvested at our Roebuck, Roman Villa, Waterlands and Little Brockhurst vineyards in West Sussex.
