1. Promoter

This competition is organised by Roebuck Estates Ltd (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

• The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.

• Employees of Roebuck Estates, Brighton Museums, their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

• Entrants must be able to attend the Summer Sips event at the Royal Pavilion, Brighton on Thursday 25 June 2026 at 2:00pm.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

1. Follow @roebuckestates and @brighton_museums on Instagram.

2. Tag the person they would bring to the event in the comments of the competition post.

Sharing the competition post to Instagram Stories is optional and will be treated as an additional entry.

No purchase is necessary.

4. Competition Period

The competition opens upon publication of the competition post and closes at 11:59pm (BST) on 16 June 2026.

Entries received after this time will not be included in the draw.

5. Prize

One winner will receive:

• Two tickets to Summer Sips at the Royal Pavilion, Brighton on Thursday 25 June 2026 at 2:00pm.

• One Roebuck Estates Celebration Case.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative prize.

Travel, accommodation and any other expenses not specifically stated are not included.

6. Winner Selection

• One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.

• The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message by @roebuckestates within 48 hours of the competition closing.

• If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of being contacted, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Prize Fulfilment

The winner must provide a UK delivery address for the Celebration Case and any information required to facilitate attendance at the event.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries or prize notifications that are not received due to technical issues beyond its control.

8. Data Protection

Any personal data provided will be used solely for the administration of this competition and prize fulfilment and will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.

9. General

• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

• By entering, participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.

• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.

• Entrants release Instagram from any responsibility associated with this competition.

10. Alcohol Consumption

As the prize includes alcoholic products, entrants and the winner must be aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be required before the prize is awarded.
