What is The Roebuck Vintage Cru?
The Roebuck Vintage Cru is our exclusive wine club. Members receive our Estate Collection twice a year and get to enjoy a whole host of discounts and benefits.
How much does it cost to join The Vintage Cru?
The annual subscription cost to join The Roebuck Vintage Cru is £500, which is taken as a one-off payment and is automatically renewed on a rolling basis every 12 months on the annual subscription date i.e. the anniversary of when your membership began. We will notify you one month before the payment is taken. Gift memberships will not auto renew.
Which wines will I receive as part of my annual membership?
As a member of The Roebuck Vintage Cru, you will receive our Estate Collection, which includes two bottles of our Classic Cuvée, Rosé de Noirs and Blanc de Noirs, delivered twice a year as well as a personalised welcome bottle of our Classic Cuvée.
What are the benefits of being a member?
In addition to the twelve bottles that you’ll receive each year, you’ll also get to enjoy a whole host of exclusive benefits:

When can I book my tour and tasting?
All memberships include a tour and tasting for four people. Available dates can be found on our website. Dates for following years will be released in spring. This must be claimed during your membership term. This can be claimed by emailing vintagecru@roebuckestates.co.uk .

Our wine club membership is only available to residents living in Mainland UK (meaning England, Wales and Scotland but excluding Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands).

We deliver to Mainland UK (meaning England, Wales and Scotland but excluding Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands).
Do I pay for delivery?
No, our wine club members enjoy complimentary delivery all year round on every wine order, no matter the size.
Do you deliver overseas?
Unfortunately, due to shipping restrictions, we are only able to deliver within Mainland UK (meaning England, Wales and Scotland but excluding Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands).
When will I receive my wines?
Your wines will be delivered twice a year, based on the two dates you selected when purchasing your membership through our website. If you chose ‘As soon as possible,’ your order will be dispatched within 3 working days. Scheduled seasonal deliveries are dispatched on 1st April for Spring and 1st October for Autumn. If your selected date falls on a weekend or bank holiday, your wines will be dispatched on the next working day.
Can I change my delivery dates?
Simply login to your online account to amend delivery details. Any additional delivery questions can be directed to vintagecru@roebuckestates.co.uk.
Do I need to be at home to receive my delivery?
We cannot deliver our wines without a signature and the recipient must be aged 18 years and over. However, if you are out when our courier company attempts to deliver to you, they will leave a delivery card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a time that is more convenient for you.
What should I do if I have not received my delivery?
If there are any problems or issues with your delivery, please get in touch with us at vintagecru@roebuckestates.co.uk and we will do all we can to rectify the situation.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged immediately after you have purchased or renewed your membership with a one-off annual payment of £500. You will receive an email confirmation.
Can I cancel my order?
All memberships include a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of initial purchase and from each annual renewal, during which members may cancel for a full refund, provided no wine has been dispatched; if wine has already been sent, we reserve the right to deduct the value of any goods delivered from the refund amount.
How do I receive my membership discount?
To receive your membership discount and enjoy free delivery, simply login to your online membership account and the discount and complimentary shipping will be added automatically at checkout.
Can I create an account to manage my subscription?
After signing up for our wine club membership, you will be automatically directed to setup your account. This enables you to view your previous wine orders and membership details in one secure place on our website.
Sending a wine club membership as a gift?
If you are sending a wine club membership as a gift, we will ask for the recipient’s email and shipping information. Please note the gift recipient will receive a confirmation of gift instantly upon checkout.
How often will I receive emails from you?
From time to time we will send you an email to offer you the opportunity to purchase new releases, enjoy special offers and to invite you to member-only events.
Are your sparkling wines vegetarian and vegan friendly?
We are very proud to produce sparkling wines that are suitable for both vegetarians and vegans.
