Oysters and English Sparkling Wine make a perfect pairing and so we have joined up with Brighton’s oldest seafood restaurant and oyster bar, English’s of Brighton to bring you an incredible evening of freshly shucked and dressed oysters, paired perfectly with our award-winning vintage English sparkling wines.
Join us for a very special evening at the Roebuck Sparkling Wine Bar in Brighton where our in-house wine expert and English's Oysterman, Jonathan and Restaurant Manager, Nick will talk you through our carefully curated pairings including three exquisite Roebuck vintage sparkling wines in combination with six freshly shucked and dressed oysters.
