At Roebuck Estates, we firmly believe that the quality of wine in your glass starts with viticulture. That’s why we invite our trade partners to embark on a three-day course where they will gain hands-on experience during the growing season and accelerate their knowledge of UK viticulture.

Led by our highly experienced Head of Viticulture, Jake Wicks, our Academy focuses on the most important stages in the viticulture calendar, including pruning, canopy management and harvesting, offering a perfect blend of theory and practical sessions.

By sharing our viticulture expertise and incredible sites, we aim to provide our partners with an in-depth understanding of the skill, craftsmanship and technical knowledge needed to create wonderfully individual vintage sparkling wines every single year.
