A YEAR OF WONDERMENT
As we say farewell to another year, we can’t help but reflect and raise a glass to a year that has been nothing short of extraordinary. From an exceptional growing season to a bountiful harvest and a series of fantastic vineyard events, it’s been a vintage year filled with abundance, new experiences, and many cherished vintage moments.
Here’s a glimpse into some of our favourite highlights of 2023…
Roebuck Viticulture Academy
We started the year by launching our Roebuck Viticulture Academy, a three-day course exclusively available to our valued trade partners. Through three workshops, we shared our viticulture expertise, providing a deep understanding of the craftsmanship and technical knowledge required to create exceptional vintage sparkling wine every year. We can’t wait to welcome the Academy of 2024!
The View
We opened the gates to our stunning Roebuck vineyard, welcoming guests to experience the beauty of the estate and our new tasting area, The View. From Sunset Sipping Evenings to Tours & Tastings, we hosted a series of exciting vineyard events.
A Bountiful Harvest to Date
Blessed with refreshing, crisp mornings leading into clear, sun-drenched skies, our dedicated harvest team did a tremendous job, hand-picking a record amount of fruit from our Sussex vineyards.
Unveiling Roebuck Reserve
We introduced our 2020 Roebuck Reserve, our debut sparkling wine from our NEW Reserve range. Crafted in the warmth of the sunny 2020 vintage, this exquisite blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier has already gained many glowing reviews. Exclusively available to buy at all Majestic Wine stores nationwide and online.
A New Look & Feel
We finished the year with the proud launch of our brand-new website. Featuring distinctive illustrations, beautifully styled photography, and an enhanced shopping experience, it served as a fitting finale to a remarkable year.
