This summer, we’re delighted to be opening The Roebuck Sparkling Wine Bar at The Royal Pavilion Rooms in Brighton.

Located beside one of the city’s most iconic landmarks, our new seasonal wine bar brings our award-winning vintage English sparkling wines from the vineyard to the heart of Brighton. Whether you’re spending the day exploring the Lanes, meeting friends for a drink or looking for somewhere to unwind in the sunshine, it’s the perfect place to enjoy a glass of Sussex sparkling wine.

Our full Classic Collection will be available by the glass, bottle and selected magnums, alongside sparkling wine flights that offer a chance to discover the different styles and personalities of our vintage wines. Our knowledgeable team will be on hand throughout the summer to guide you through the collection and help you find a new favourite.

As the official sparkling wine partner of Brighton & Hove Museums, opening The Roebuck Sparkling Wine Bar felt like a natural next step. The Royal Pavilion Rooms provide a beautiful setting to experience our wines, with indoor seating and an outdoor terrace overlooking the Royal Pavilion.

We’ll also be hosting a series of special events throughout the summer, celebrating Brighton & Hove’s thriving food and drink scene in partnership with local producers and restaurants. If you find a favourite during your visit, bottles from our collection will also be available to purchase. If you’re visiting Brighton this summer, we’d love to welcome you for a glass.
