Crafted from a classic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, our 2016 Classic Cuvée has wonderful notes of baked apples and stone fruit layered with a biscuity richness and delicious hint of hazelnut leading to a long, beautifully balanced finish.

2016 VINTAGE
The 2016 growing season took a little time to get going but by mid-July things had picked up and the sunshine continued almost unabated until harvest. The small but perfectly formed bunches were allowed to bask in a long Indian summer and achieve full ripeness. Picking commenced at the start of September with only the finest bunches sent to press.Made from fruit grown at our Roebuck and Little Brockhurst vineyards
