On Friday 24th April, we bring Roebuck to the table at Park House Hotel for a one-night-only dining experience set in the West Sussex countryside.
Hosted by Roebuck’s Julien Le Pévédic, the evening begins with a relaxed tasting of our vintage English sparkling wines – a chance to explore the character of each, shaped by the seasons and the vineyard sites behind them.
Guests will then sit down to a four-course dinner, with dishes led by the season and each course carefully matched to the glass. Afterwards, stay the night and ease into the following morning with breakfast and time to enjoy the surroundings of Park House Hotel.
For a longer, more immersive experience, join us at Roebuck Estates the following day for a guided walk through the vineyard, followed by a tasting of our vintage wines.
