This April, we’re pleased to be partnering with Gravetye Manor for a seasonal dining experience celebrating Sussex produce and English sparkling wine, available throughout the month in the restaurant.
Crafted from 100% Pinot Noir, our Blanc de Noirs 2018 is a complex and refined sparkling wine with delicate bubbles, a silky texture and a long finish. Notes of baked apple, citrus and toasted brioche, layered with honey and sweet spice, bring both freshness and depth to the glass.
Gravetye Manor’s Executive Chef Martin Carabott has created a refined dish to pair beautifully with our Blanc de Noirs: Huntsham Court Farm Middle White pig, spiced carrot, spring cabbage and turnip – a seasonal plate that celebrates the very best of spring.
The richness of the pork, gentle spice of the carrot and freshness of the spring vegetables work in harmony with the wine’s texture, bright acidity and savoury complexity.

- A Michelin-starred three-course dinner with wine for 2 people at Gravetye Manor and one bottle of Roebuck Estates English Sparkling Wine – limited to Classic Cuvée, Rosé de Noirs or Blanc de Noirs and subject to Gravetye Manor’s availability
- No cash or credit value can be given as an alternative to the prize
- No customisation, personalisation or splitting of the prize can be made
- Entrants must be 18 or over
- The winner will be solely responsible for their own travel, alongside any other expenses incurred in connection with the prize
- Due to the nature of the prize, this competition is for UK entrants only
- The winner will be contacted by a member of the Roebuck Estates team via direct message – they will need to provide their email address at this time. If the winner does not reply within 72 hours, an alternative winner will be selected

- The Gravetye Manor dinner must be redeemed by by 17th April 2027 and is subject to availability

- The winner can book their dinner at Gravetye Manor Sunday – Thursday
- The winner will receive an email from both Gravetye and Roebuck Estates to redeem their prizes
