Join Roebuck Estates at Rotunda for an English Sparkling Wine Pairing Dinner
To celebrate English Sparkling Wine Week, we’re delighted to be partnering with Rotunda in King’s Cross for a special one-night-only pairing dinner on Wednesday 24 June.
Set alongside Regent’s Canal, Rotunda provides the backdrop for an evening of seasonal food and vintage English sparkling wines, with each course thoughtfully paired to showcase the character and versatility of the wines.
Guests will be welcomed with Maldon oysters and a glass of Roebuck Estates Classic Cuvée 2019 before enjoying a four-course tasting menu featuring carefully selected pairings throughout the evening. Wines served will include Classic Cuvée 2019, Rosé de Noirs 2019 and Blanc de Noirs 2018, alongside dishes designed to complement their freshness, texture and complexity.
The evening concludes with a seasonal dessert and a strawberry and gooseberry cocktail inspired by the flavours of an English summer.
