VINTAGE CRU WINE CLUB MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

10.1. The Roebuck Vintage Cru Wine Club is an annual subscription service.

10.2. The annual membership fee is £500, payable in full at the time of purchase via our website.

10.3. This subscription automatically renews every 12 months, with a further charge of £500 taken on the renewal date unless cancelled in accordance with these terms.

10.4. Membership is open to individuals aged 18 years and over.

10.5. The Wine Club is available to mainland UK residents only (England, Wales, and Scotland, excluding Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and the Channel Islands).

10.6. There is no additional joining fee beyond the annual subscription charge.

10.7. Each annual membership includes:

A curated allocation of 12 bottles per year, consisting of:

  • Classic Cuvée
  • Rosé de Noirs
  • Blanc de Noirs

Members may choose one of the following delivery schedules at the time of purchase:

  1. a) Delivery twice a year
    Deliveries are made twice a year on April 1st and October 1st.
    If April 1st or October 1st falls on a weekend or public holiday, the wine will be shipped on the next working day.
  2. b) Delivery each month
    One bottle dispatched each month according to our fixed monthly schedule:

January: Classic Cuvée

February: Rosé de Noirs

March: Blanc de Noirs

April: Classic Cuvée

May: Rosé de Noirs

June: Blanc de Noirs

July: Classic Cuvée

August: Rosé de Noirs

September: Blanc de Noirs

October: Classic Cuvée

November: Rosé de Noirs

December: Blanc de Noirs

In addition, each membership includes:

  • One additional birthday bottle, beautifully presented and dispatched annually to coincide with the member’s birthday.
  • Four tickets to a Tour & Tasting experience at the estate, to be taken within the membership term.

10.8. Members receive a 10% discount on all Roebuck Estates wines purchased during their membership (excluding promotional offers, vineyard events and subscriptions), together with complimentary UK delivery. The discount will be applied automatically at checkout when logged into the membership account and is subject to availability.

10.9. After purchase, members will receive a welcome email containing:

  • Their unique membership number
  • Their selected delivery schedule and registered delivery address

To amend delivery details, members must log in to their account on our website. For any shipping-related issues or general enquiries, please contact vintagecru@roebuckestates.co.uk.

10.10. To ensure address changes are applied in time, members must notify us at least 7 working days before a scheduled delivery.

10.11. The birthday bottle will be dispatched annually in line with the birthday date provided at checkout.

10.12. Prior to each shipment, members will receive an email confirming their delivery address. If no response is received within 7 working days, the wine will be dispatched to the address held on file.

10.13. In addition to their 12-bottle allocation, members enjoy exclusive benefits as outlined on the Wine Club page.

10.14. Member benefits are subject to change without prior notice.

10.15. The membership discount is for personal use only and may be withdrawn at our discretion.

10.16. Members will be notified by email of exclusive offers, early access to new releases and limited parcels.

 

Renewal & Cancellation

10.17. Members will receive two reminder emails prior to renewal:

  • One 30 days before the renewal date
  • One 14 days before the renewal date

10.18. All memberships include a 14-day cooling-off period from:

  • the date of initial purchase, and
  • the date of each annual renewal.

Within this period, members may cancel for a full refund provided no wine has been dispatched. If wine has already been sent, Roebuck Estates reserves the right to deduct the value of any goods delivered from the refund amount.

10.19. Members may incur a charge if wine is delivered to an old or incorrect address supplied by the member.

 

Gifted Memberships

10.20. Gift memberships are subject to the same terms and conditions as standard memberships unless stated otherwise.

10.21.1. The purchaser is responsible for full payment of the annual subscription fee at the time of purchase.

10.21.2. The recipient of a gifted membership will receive a confirmation email including their membership number, benefits and delivery schedule.

10.21.3. Gift memberships do not automatically renew. If the recipient wishes to continue their membership after the first year, they must purchase a new membership via the website.

10.21.4. The 14-day cooling-off period applies from the date of gift purchase and any cancellation or refund must be requested by the purchaser. Refunds will not be issued if any wine has already been dispatched.

10.21.5. Gift memberships cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other offers.

10.21.6. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the recipient is over 18 years of age and resides within the eligible delivery areas (England, Wales, and Scotland, excluding Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and the Channel Islands).
