Please note that we only deliver online shop orders to mainland UK (meaning England, Scotland and Wales, but excluding Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and the Channel Islands) and that purchasers and recipients must be over 18 years old.

Please note that our personalisation service is carried out by a third party – All About You, and will be dispatched separately from anything else placed in your online order. This may take up to 5 working days and will be sent by Royal Mail 24hr tracked which is an age verified service and will need to be signed for by someone over 18 years old.

Our Click and Collect service is available to book for two daily slots on a weekday;
Monday-Friday:
Morning slot: 10am-1pm
Afternoon slot: 1pm-4pm
Unfortunately, we do not offer a Click and Collect service on a weekend or Bank Holidays.
Please note, orders placed after 4pm will not be available for next day collection but can be collected on the following working day.

Sustainable English Sparkling Wine
We’re incredibly proud to be a founder member of the Sustainable Wines of Great Britain (SWGB) certification scheme.
Our experienced viticulture team’s commitment to sustainable vineyard management has earned us this certification, showcasing our dedication to environmentally responsible practices.
Our action extends beyond the vineyards. Our packaging is sustainable, as we use Absolute Greenline neck foils, which are produced from plant-based polyethene derived from sugar cane and printed using water-based ink. Our wine boxes are fully recyclable, and we are wholly committed to working with suppliers who also share our environmental ethos.

Are your English sparkling wines vegetarian and vegan friendly?
We are very proud to produce vintage English sparkling wines that are suitable for both vegetarians and vegans.
How should I store my wine?
To preserve the impeccable quality of your Roebuck sparkling wines, store them in a dark place, away from light, and preferably lying on their side.
For optimal storage, maintain a consistent temperature of around 50°F (10°C), as fluctuations can impact the wine’s taste profile.
How should I serve my English sparkling wine?
Serve English sparkling wine chilled at around 6–8°C. A tulip-shaped glass is ideal, as it concentrates the aromas better than a narrow flute. Open gently, keeping the cork under control, and pour slowly against the side of the glass to preserve the mousse.

Still base wines are fermented and blended, then a second fermentation takes place inside the bottle, creating the bubbles naturally. The wine then ages on its lees, often for several years, developing the toasty, biscuity complexity the style is known for.
