Please note that we only deliver online shop orders to mainland UK (meaning England, Scotland and Wales, but excluding Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and the Channel Islands) and that purchasers and recipients must be over 18 years old.

Delivery prices to mainland UK addresses:

Orders under £65 – fixed £5 charge
Orders over £65 – complimentary standard delivery to an individual address.

Delivery times to mainland UK addresses:

Standard delivery times – 3-5 working days.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer weekend or Bank Holiday deliveries.

Personalisation service deliveries:

Please note that our personalisation service is carried out by a third party – All About You, and will be dispatched separately from anything else placed in your online order. This may take up to 5 working days and will be sent by Royal Mail 24hr tracked which is an age verified service and will need to be signed for by someone over 18 years old.

Click and Collect

Our Click and Collect service is available to book for two daily slots on a weekday;

Monday-Friday:

Morning slot: 10am-1pm

Afternoon slot: 1pm-4pm

Unfortunately, we do not offer a Click and Collect service on a weekend or Bank Holidays.

Please note, orders placed after 4pm will not be available for next day collection but can be collected on the following working day.

Please bring proof of billing address and your order confirmation in order to collect your wine. We may send a gentle reminder by email if your order has not been collected within 5 days of placing your order.

Our experienced viticulture team’s commitment to sustainable vineyard management has earned us this certification, showcasing our dedication to environmentally responsible practices.

Our action extends beyond the vineyards. Our packaging is sustainable, as we use Absolute Greenline neck foils, which are produced from plant-based polyethene derived from sugar cane and printed using water-based ink. Our wine boxes are fully recyclable, and we are wholly committed to working with suppliers who also share our environmental ethos.
